1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through mandocom.com, operated by Nana lab s.r.l. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Governed by Italian law and EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and D.Lgs. 206/2005.

3. Products

We offer consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories. Descriptions and prices are subject to change.

4. Prices

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment – Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are paid exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance or card payment is accepted.

6. Order & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt. Contact us at info@mandocom.com. Return shipping at your expense unless the product is defective.

8. Warranties

All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and D.Lgs. 206/2005.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Italian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Turin, Italy. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
